    These pictures are from last years Crawfish Boil.

    We finished the Crawfish Boil in record time yesterday. It was a HOT, SWEALTERING, Humid day. There were about 35 people working the boil and we took care of 3000 employees and their families for an oil company employee appreciation day.

    Things went smoother than last year - although things went smooth last year. Is is an AMAZING thing to see and do.

    Glad it's done for this year. I will have more pictures tomorrow.

    I had no idea you counted crawfish boiling as one of your many talents. Having only once hunted them I can attest how long to takes to find one in Oregon. Nobody has the volume you guys do, I guess.
