Good Story
This restaurant is just outside of Lubbock, Texas.
We drove by it everytime we were either taking Courtney to college, picking her up, or going to visit. Every time we would drive by this burger joint I would call my sister (who's name happens to be ..... you guessed it..... Holly). I would call her no matter what time we would go by and say, "Holly... Holly... Holly Burger....." about two or three times. She would just go laugh at me. So one year for Christmas as a joke I gave her a framed photo of the big Holly Burger sign.

By the way their burgers are really good and their malts are even better.... So if you are ever in Post, Texas stop by for some old fashioned burgers and fries...
